Lyrics

VERSE 1:
In the beginning You spoke the truth, Your voice is calling me awake.
The wise will listen and want more, Your light will guide the path I take.

The fool runs far from Your correction, but I will run into Your heart.
Your wisdom is my song forever, my firm foundation from the start.

PRE-CHORUS:
Make me teachable, Lord, make me hungry for Your voice.
Break all the pride in me, I will obey; I will rejoice.

CHORUS:
You are the Voice of Wisdom, my path and my guide each day.
I will follow, I will follow, I will follow, King Jesus, lead the way.
With Your truth my soul is singing, holy fear is lifting me.
I will follow, I will follow, King Jesus, I believe.

BRIDGE:
Call me in the open streets, speak my name again.
I don’t want to ignore Your truth, Father, lead me in.
All my life I give to You; I will not hold back.

FINAL CHORUS:
You are the Voice of Wisdom, My hope, my strength, my life.
I will follow, I will follow, King Jesus, I believe.
