Lyrics

VERSE 1
I hear a voice along the highways; in the open streets it calls.
Not in secret, not in hiding, it is truth that calls us all.

Words are pure and words are faithful, hating evil, loving right.
Offering a life far richer, wealth that never fades with time.

PRE-CHORUS
To the simple wisdom calls, to the lost it gives new sight.
Those who seek her early find the favor of the Lord.

CHORUS
Wisdom, Eternal Voice, before all time You were.
Calling all, both rich and poor, with words that give life to the soul.
Those who find You find true life, those who love You live in grace.
Wisdom, Eternal Voice, we receive You here today.

VERSE 2
Before the seas and before the heavens, before the dust of earth was made,
You were there beside the Maker, rejoicing in His ways.

With delight You formed creation, truth and justice in Your hand.
Following Your voice is walking in the wisdom of His plan.

BRIDGE
Now we hear Your calling, we will not harden our hearts.
We choose life and holy favor, turning from the dark.

We will walk within Your truth, loving all the things You love.
Eternal Wisdom, be our firm foundation now.

FINAL CHORUS
Wisdom, Eternal Voice, before all time You were.
You call us all into Your light and lead us to the Father's heart.
Those who find You find true life, those who follow live in grace.
Wisdom, Eternal Voice, we receive You here today.
